By approving this quote or paying a deposit, you agree to the following.

 

1. Scope of Work Services will be performed exactly as outlined in the approved quote or estimate. Any tasks not listed are not included. Additional work can be added with a revised or updated estimate.

 

2. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Projects requiring materials or specialized equipment may require a deposit before scheduling. Unpaid balances may result in delays in future service and may be subject to late fees.

 

3. Access & Property Requirements The Client agrees to: Provide clear, unobstructed access to the property and work areas. Secure pets, vehicles, gates, and personal property before work begins. Notify ICT Lawn Pros of any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, wiring, or hazards. ICT Lawn Pros is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed utilities or irrigation systems.

 

4. Additional Charges Extra fees may apply if: The project area contains excessive debris, hidden root systems, rock, trash, or obstacles. Trees, limbs, or material are larger, heavier, or more complex than visible from the ground. Hazardous conditions require additional equipment, climbing, rigging, or labor. The project scope changes for any reason. All additional charges will be communicated before continuing the work whenever possible.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid a service fee. If the crew arrives but cannot access the property, a trip charge may apply.

 

6. Weather & Safety Disclaimer Outdoor work depends on weather and site conditions. High winds, storms, lightning, frozen ground, or unsafe surroundings may require rescheduling. ICT Lawn Pros will notify you of delays and reschedule as soon as conditions allow. Safety takes priority over deadlines.

 

7. Debris Removal All debris removal and disposal included will be stated in the quote. If additional hauling is required beyond the listed scope, fees may apply.

 

8. Liability & Property Conditions ICT Lawn Pros is not responsible for damage occurring from existing structural weaknesses, rotting wood, unstable trees, compromised fences, deteriorated landscaping, or pre-existing conditions. Tree work involves inherent risks; branches, sawdust, and small debris may fall during the process. We take every precaution to protect the property and surrounding structures. ICT Lawn Pros is not responsible for damage to glass or property caused by flying debris (rocks, hidden toys, etc.) if the area was not cleared by the Client per Section 3.

 

9. Quality Commitment ICT Lawn Pros is committed to providing reliable, high-quality service. If something does not meet expectations, notify us within 48 hours so we can evaluate and address the concern as quickly as possible!
