How It Works
During the winter season, our team continues visiting your property for the average total time of your previous mowing services (typically between 25–45 minutes).
Each visit is charged at your regular mowing rate, but instead of mowing, we focus on maintenance tasks from the service list below.
If your visit requires more time than your standard service duration, here’s what happens:

We’ll notify you before proceeding.

We’ll only continue with your approval.

Any approved additional time will be billed by the man-hour at the standard rate.
This approach ensures clear expectations, transparent pricing, and no surprises.

Large-scale projects (tree removal, heavy junk removal, major power washing, etc.) may require a separate quote outside of this plan.

If your project requires more time or multiple visits, we’ll schedule follow-up appointments within your normal service rotation to complete it safely and efficiently.
